Bioinformatics Facility

Bioinformatics is broadly defined as an interdisciplinary field including biology, informatics, computer science, mathematics, statistics, and other medical sciences to analyze biological data, to predict the structure and functions of the target proteins. In this Core, the use of computational tools for molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry, and pharmacology research by the BBRI scientists and other University research collaborators is greatly prompted for their on-going and innovative research.
