EAGLES AND SEAHAWKS WILL BATTLE

DURHAM, NC - The North Carolina Central University Eagle volleyball team will take on the Seahawks of UNC Wilmington on Tuesday, Oct. 9, at 7 p.m. in the LeRoy T. Walker Complex. 

The Eagles are 14-9 on the season and are currently on a seven-match win streak.  NCCU is led by Shari Matthews, who has amassed 333 kills so far for the season for an average of 4.3 kills a game, while Anielle DaSilva is second with 264 kills, averaging 3.47 kills per game. 

This will be the first time that the Eagles and Seahawks will meet in volleyball.
